About the Role

As Digitalization Manager, you will drive the digital development of our organization by creating and implementing a practical, future-oriented digital roadmap. A key part of the role is leading our e-commerce activities and ensuring that our online sales and customer platforms continue to develop effectively. You will also manage our digital tools, support improvements to business processes, and ensure good data governance. In this role, you will lead a team of two experienced specialists based in Denmark.

We are running one recruitment process in Denmark and Poland. This job advertisement refers to the position located in Silesia, Poland (Gliwice or Zabrze). We welcome applications from candidates across Poland, as we offer flexible remote working. The role includes close collaboration with colleagues across Europe.

🔴 Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s digitalization roadmap in alignment with business strategy
• Oversee and scale modular, future-ready digital platforms
• Ensure seamless integration of digital tools and processes across the organization
• Improve the B2B customer experience through optimized digital touchpoints
• Drive performance through KPIs and enable data-driven decision-making
• Safeguard data quality, platform compliance, and audit readiness
• Lead a small team of 2 professionals
• Serve as a subject matter expert on digital trends and technologies
• Collaborate cross-functionally to secure alignment and adoption of digital initiatives

🔴 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., IT, Business, Digital Transformation)
• Solid experience in digital transformation, IT architecture, e-commerce, and B2B digital solutions
• Digital Marketing experience is a must
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and work across functions and geographies
• Strong knowledge of digital platforms, tools, and data analytics
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (e.g., SCRUM, SAFe)
• Fluent in English, with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
• Willingness to travel (~30–40 days per year)
