Digitalization Director
About the Role
As Digitalization Director, you will be responsible for driving the strategic digital development of our organization by defining and implementing a future-focused digital roadmap. The role centers on managing digital platforms, enhancing business processes, and ensuring effective data governance. Your work will support operational excellence and improve the B2B customer experience through the integration of modern digital tools and technologies. The position is based in Silesia, Poland (Gliwice or Zabrze), but we welcome applications from candidates across Poland, as we offer flexible remote working options. You will collaborate on an international Europe-wide scale.
🔴 Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company’s digitalization roadmap in alignment with business strategy
- Oversee and scale modular, future-ready digital platforms
- Ensure seamless integration of digital tools and processes across the organization
- Improve the B2B customer experience through optimized digital touchpoints
- Drive performance through KPIs and enable data-driven decision-making
- Safeguard data quality, platform compliance, and audit readiness
- Lead a small team of 2 professionals
- Serve as a subject matter expert on digital trends and technologies
- Collaborate cross-functionally to secure alignment and adoption of digital initiatives
🔴 Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., IT, Business, Digital Transformation)
- Solid experience in digital transformation, IT architecture, e-commerce, and B2B digital solutions
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and work across functions and geographies
- Strong knowledge of digital platforms, tools, and data analytics
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (e.g., SCRUM, SAFe)
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
- Willingness to travel (~30–40 days per year)
